1. Introduction

No.155342 at 85 Great Portland Street London England W1W 7LT. It operates
under
the license no. OGL/2024/1743/0960, issued by Curacao eGaming, and is regulated by the
Government of Curacao.

"Privacy Policy," form the complete and binding agreement between you and
Dream

4. Eligibility to Use Dream Royale Services
- To participate in Dream Royale's casino

members of such individuals.
- You must comply with all
Dream
Royale rules.
- You cannot play on behalf
of
someone who is prohibited from playing at Dream Royale.
- 2. Dream Royale reserves the right to restrict access to its services for any
reason deemed necessary.
5. User Account
- 1. Opening a User Account
- To play games and place
bets on
the Website, you must register and open a User Account.
- You are allowed only one
account. Having multiple accounts may result in the voiding of all winnings,
bonuses, and the closure of all accounts.
- During registration, you
will
choose a Username and Password, which you must keep confidential. You are
responsible for all activities under your account.
- Providing false
information will
void your agreement with Dream Royale, and you will be liable for any damages
incurred.
- We may request proof of
identity, address, and other documents for verification during withdrawals.
Failure
to provide these within 4 weeks may result in the cancellation of your
withdrawal
and account closure.
- 2. Closing your User Account
- You may close your account
at
any time by emailing [email protected] with your account details and
request.
- Any remaining balance
after
account closure will be refunded, subject to deductions and a minimum refund
amount
of $50.
- The method of refund is at
our
discretion.
- 3. User Account General Rules
- Your account is for
personal use
only. Commercial use is prohibited.
- You must not allow others,
especially minors, to use your account.
- Dream Royale is not liable
for
any unauthorized use of your account.
- Dream Royale reserves the
right
to close or lock your account at any time without notice or explanation.
- We reserve the right to
publicize any cheating or fraudulent activity, including the identity of those
involved.
- Dream Royale employs
anti-fraud
measures and reserves the right to report any fraudulent activities to the
relevant
authorities.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
- 1. Depositing to your User Account
- Funds used for gaming must
be
legally obtained.
- Using someone else’s
credit card for deposits is prohibited.
- Once a bet is placed, it
cannot
be reversed or refunded.
- Dream Royale reserves the
right
to limit or refuse bets at any time. In case of disputes regarding wagers or
winnings, our decision is final.
- Cryptocurrency deposit
limits do
not apply. If you need a break from gambling, contact us for assistance.
- The maximum additional
bonus for
a deposit is capped at $1000, with a wagering requirement of 1x.
- The maximum bonus for the
first
three deposits is capped at $1000 per transaction.
- Additional bonuses apply
only to
clean (bonus-free) deposits.
- 2. Withdrawing from your User Account
- Withdrawals must be made
to the
account from which the deposit was made, except in cases where credit card
deposits
require an alternative withdrawal method.
- If you withdraw without
wagering
at least 1x the deposit amount, a transaction fee of up to 10% may apply.
- Withdrawals are limited to
$2,000 per week, based on your VIP status.
- Only one withdrawal per
day is
allowed for certain payment methods.
- You must wager your
deposit at
least 1x before requesting a withdrawal from a bonus-free deposit.
- Progressive jackpots will
be
paid out within a reasonable period, not exceeding 2 years.
- Withdrawals from cashback
or
free promotions are not eligible for new cashback until covered by lost
deposits.
- A verification deposit is
required for withdrawals from non-deposit bonuses if there is no prior
deposit.
- Transactions below 0.0001
BTC
are non-recoverable and will not be processed. Always ensure a minimum deposit
equivalent to $10 in Bitcoin.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
- 1. General Bonus and Promotion Rules
- Specific bonus and
promotion
rules override general rules.
- Only one promotion can be
applied to any one Player at a time, unless otherwise stated.
- Promotions are limited to
one
per Player, family, address, credit card, computer, or shared computer
environments.
- Promotions cannot be
combined
unless specified.
- Deposit bonuses are for
wagering
purposes only and cannot be withdrawn.

Bonus money from deposits does not count towards deposits.
- Reversed cash-ins do not
count
as deposits for bonuses.
- Your balance must be below
$1
before claiming any new coupon.
- You must play through
your
current deposit, bonus, or free promotion before making a new deposit or
claiming a
new bonus.
- You cannot use your
previous
balance to meet wagering requirements.
- Withdrawals less than the
bonus
amount are not permitted.
- Upon withdrawal, an
amount
equal to the deposit bonus will be deducted from your balance.
- Bonuses cannot be wagered
on
certain games unless specified.
- Dream Royale reserves the
right
to limit bonuses for Players classified as “bonus hunters” or
“bonus abusers.”
- We may review transaction
records and revoke bonuses for fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Players are prohibited from engaging in activities that exploit bonuses
unfairly.
- Only Players from
specific
countries can redeem and withdraw from Welcome Bonuses or Match Bonuses.
- Tournaments, Progressive
Games,
777 slots, or Live Dealer games cannot be played with bonuses unless
specified.
- Dream Royale’s
decisions
in disputes are final.
- Bonus terms apply until a
new
deposit or bonus is processed.
- Minimum deposit amounts
are in
USD. Check the cashier for equivalent amounts in your currency before
depositing.
- Only one free promotion
may be
redeemed between bonus-free deposits.
- No consecutive payouts
are
allowed from free promotions without a deposit in between.
- We reserve the right to
decline
bonuses to Players who receive disproportionate bonuses relative to their

before
their expiration date, typically 7 days from redemption.

8. Game Rules
- 1. Fairness and Compliance:

- If there is an error in

resulting winnings. Any winnings resulting from such errors will be forfeited.

Casino’s decision in such disputes will be final and binding.
